"Asia Pacific Region Procurement and Supply Chain Management"职位要求：

Requirements:

• Technically qualified with an understanding of CATV technologies and technical specifications
• Strong negotiation skills, expert in using fact based techniques.
• Knowledge and experience in working with Asia Pacific
  manufacturers
• Work effectively in a cultural and geographical diverse team environment
• Ability to identify and develop best in class suppliers with sustainable systems in place to remain dependable, for selected commodities.
• Must manage supplier’s quality system to ensure on time delivery of quality parts, create performance metrics to proactively engage in resolving issues.
• Ability to analyze and process data in order to develop and implement high impact sourcing strategies.
• Benchmark best-in-class suppliers, competitors, and customers to understand critical success elements of global sourcing activities.
• Must demonstrate broad business acumen and understanding of manufacturing, engineering, finance, and supply chain operations.

• Bachelor’s degree – preferably in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration or related field.

  Minimum 8 – 10 years of successful Procurement/Supply chain experience with multinational firm in CATV equipment or related industries.

      "China Business Development Professional"职位要求：

Requirements:

• Technically qualified with an understanding of CATV technologies and markets
• 5-10 years of Product Management, Business Development or Marketing experience in a telecommunications or related industry
• Experience in developing business cases and financial modeling
• Excellent communications skills
• Knowledge of VoIP technologies desirable
• Knowledge and experience in working with Chinese development teams
• Experience of dealing with Cable MSOs desirable, Especially China Cable MSOs
• Familiar with the Chinese Culture and China Cable MSOs business practices
• Work effectively in a cultural and geographical diverse team environment
• Ability to read, write, and speak Mandarin and English fluently.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement the software system on time with world class quality
• Develop and maintain embedded software on company’s product
• Design and implement software for
  DOCSIS/ PacketCable/ CableHome areas

Minimum Required

• Bachelor in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Electrical Engineering
• Strong experience in embedded C/C++ development is required along with protocols development experience
• Excellent communications skills and be able to communicate with very technical individuals
• Fluent oral and written English is a must
• Willing and able to travel to USA

Preferred Experience

• Experienced in DOCSIS/ PacketCable would be a strong plus.
