Senior Application Engineer
This position is based in Shanghai, China and will require travel to various customer sites worldwide.
In this position you will be responsible for the technical support of EPON customers both inside and outside of China.
Responsibilities include duplicating and resolving technical issues reported by Cortina customers.

In addition you will: prepare application notes and other product documentation, support customers during hardware bring up, support sales and marketing in developing and closing customer opportunities.


For this position we require a candidate to have 5 years of network product experience, with systems experience
preferred.
We also require a BSEE or MSEE and communication skills including English.
In addition we prefer a strong background EPON,GPON or BPON applications along with Layer 2 switching and QOS management, Ethernet, POS,
and OTN.

Senior ASIC Verification Engineer

Job Description:
Functional verification of complex networking/Telecom ASIC/FPGAs.
Documentation and review of Verification architecture and testplans
Develop verification environment using HVL, such as Vera/Specman
Develop random, pseudo-random and directed tests
Establish verification effectiveness using assertion/functional/code coverage and code reviews
RTL and gates simulation, debug and root cause
Regression and debug
Lab debug and design validation

Skills required:
4+ years experience in design verification on complex ASIC/FPGAs.
2+ projects verification experience
In-depth knowledge of HVL(such as Vera, Specman) verification platforms
Good knowledge of Networking, Ethernet, Telecom
Excellent coding skills (such as E, Vera, C++, Verilog, Perl, TCL)
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in both mandarin and English
Capability of critical thinking, challenging design intent
Demonstrated understanding of networking/telecom concepts.

Education and experience:
Requires MSEE/CS combined with 3+ yrs related experience or BSEE/CS  with 5+ yrs relevant experience

Principal Test Engineer
This position will be responsible for executing a System Test plan for the System-on-Chip(Soc) product targeted at the emerging Ethernet passive optical networks.This candidate should have experience in full system test of integrated Layer 2/3 switching and routing devices,including the verification of 802.1/802.3 and IP related protocols including 802.1x and IGMP snooping,and data path forwarding including traffic classification,flow control and scheduling.This position will work closely with a team of software and ASIC engineers to test a complete SoC solution.
