高薪诚聘:DOCSIS软件工程师、软件测试经理--深圳猎头

大家好:
  我是一家猎头公司的咨询师,现在有"DOCSIS软件工程师、软件测试经理"2个职位要招聘,如果哪位朋友有意向可以随时联系我!

招聘这2个职位的是一家美资公司,在国外有研发中心,在国内北京、上海都有分公司,目前此2职位的工作地点在深圳。薪水福利待遇:基本工资+公积金+社保+年终奖+股票/期权。
“DOCSIS软件工程师具体要求如下:
ResPONsibilities
  • Design and implement the software system on time with world class quality
  • Develop and maintain embedded software on company’s product
  • Design and implement software for
    DOCSIS/ PacketCable/ CableHome areas
Minimum Required
  • Bachelor in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Electrical Engineering
  • Strong experience in embedded C/C++ development is required along with protocols development experience
  • Excellent communications skills and be able to communicate with very technical individuals
  • Fluent oral and written English is a must
  • Willing and able to travel to USA
Preferred Experience
  • Experienced in DOCSIS/ PacketCable would be a strong plus.
    "软件测试经理"职位具体要求如下:
Principle Tasks:
• Manage the activities of a System Quality Assurance Group within the overall SQA organization. Supervision of approximately 5-15 SQA engineers including day to day personnel management issues and performance appraisals.
•Specific responsibilities include:

Identify and help implement overall SQA Process Improvements.
²
Be the SQA Release Lead for one major Release and one or more patch releases (in parallel). This includes release planning /scheduling and management of the entire SQA process for a release from test plan writing through final stress and soak testing.
²
Work with other SQA Management to appropriately assign SQA resources to the correct programs in view of the overall engineering priorities.
²
Work with the Customer Support organization to help identify better ways to emulate the customer's environment in our internal lab and to identify different methods of testing to identify more issues before they hit the field.
²
Work closely with Software and Hardware Development lead engineers to coordinate the activities of SQA throughout a release. Take an active role in coming up with a software configuration management strategy for a release that best meets the needs of all groups.
• Preference to US residents or citizens willing to relocate or are already living in China
• Travel requirement of minimum 3 months a year in US
Personal Skills/Qualifications/Training/Experience:  
• 4 year technical degree (preferably in Computer Science, Computer Engineering
or Electrical Engineering).
• Fundamental understanding of software and the software process.
• 5 years as a first level SQA Manager for a complex embedded communications product (something similar to a CMTS in scope).
• Ability to lead and motivate a group of engineers.
• Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).

• Preferred qualifications include:

Prior experience managing an SQA team for a CMTS (or very similar) product.
Ø
IP, DOCSIS, PacketCable knowledge.
• Fluent English is a must

不是ARRIS的职位,不过也是一家高科技外资企业!

薪水就要具体分析了,因为每个人的经验和能力都是不一样的。

现在招聘公司一般都会参考候选人目前的薪水的,然后再在此基础上有个涨幅。

以上2个职位,基本工资之外,还有13%的公积金,另外有社保+年终奖+股票/期权,具体的可以面试的时候来谈。如果在外地,公司还会提供一定的搬迁费用。
